It is designed to expose the intern to all facets of the business with a focus on the very hands-on aspects of technical milling and facility management. Milling interns report to the Mill Manager who is responsible for managing the milling department to attain optimum utilization of machinery, materials and labor, and to achieve optimum capacity, yields and overall cost reduction.
