### Essential Responsibilities

- Perform all aspects of the engine testing, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting procedures in accordance with Standard Work, appropriate technical references, Repair Station Manuals, and GE policies and procedures.

- Partner with cross-functional teams including EHS, quality, engineering, planning, and materials to support operational initiatives, achieve strategic business objectives, and support constant improvement site-wide.

- Understand and strictly adhere to appropriate technical references such as Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Engine Shop Manuals, Engine Illustrated Parts Catalogs, etc.

- Act in accordance with GE's FLIGHT DECK fundamentals & behaviors, the site's Repair Station and Quality Control Manual, Training Manual, Test Cell Facility Operations Manual, and other applicable regulatory agency requirements.

- Document all work performed and book time using the site's ERP software.

- Perform supplementary shop and housekeeping duties as a part of the site's 5S and Total Proactive Maintenance initiatives.

### Basic Qualifications

- Active Military personnel on their last 180 days of military service.

- High School Diploma / GED

- Ability to use mechanical ingenuity and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment in a safe, effective and efficient manner.

- Federal Aviation Administration Powerplant Mechanic certification or FAA form 8610-2 and ability to obtain Powerplant License before start of SkillBridge.

- Designated Inspector.

- Engine Test Site Operator.

- Equipment operations, i.e., fork truck, overhead crane, transporter & tug.
