Mechanical Engineering Intern / Co-op, Satellite Bus

What you'll do

• Design and iterate on satellite bus components, prototypes, and test fixtures.
• Manage hardware through fabrication, assembly, inspection, and testing cycles.
• Collaborate with technicians and suppliers to resolve manufacturing and integration issues.
• Document design decisions and test results while working onsite in Torrance.

What they're looking for

• Pursuing a degree in engineering, graduating in 2027 or earlier.
• One year of experience in rigorous, hands-on student engineering projects.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and reading mechanical drawings.
• U.S. citizenship required for export-controlled and government information access.

Pay and perks
