What you'll do

• Develop educational materials addressing skill gaps for associate training and development.
• Assess and conduct training sessions, potentially traveling to branch locations.
• Evaluate training progress and prepare management reports with recommendations.
• Direct associate activities toward company objectives and handle additional assigned duties.

• Currently enrolled, entering junior or senior year of college.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of resolving complex issues and organizing data.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Pay and perks

• $18.00 per hour starting rate.
