Summary of Job Duties
The Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences seeks to hire an intern to work with its Marketing & Communications team (MARCOMM), supporting web design and content creation. Interns will work alongside the office’s full-time staff members to strategize and produce written content for the college’s web sites and publications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Consolidate and edit CSS/HTML across all Fulbright College websites
- Create HTML5 snippets
- Conduct accessibility audits and fix accordingly
- Utilize web content management systems (Modern Campus & WordPress) to complete tasks
- Update and improve UI/UX
- Work alongside other interns to create and revise web content
- Other tasks may be assigned, as this internship will be specifically tailored to the strengths and interests of the intern
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborating with team members using Outlook, Teams, and project management tools
- Participating in weekly team meetings and regular check-ins with supervisor
- Supporting other communications and content projects based on team needs and intern interests

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience web page creation, HTML5 coding and CSS styling
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
