Manufacturing Training & Development Intern

What you'll do

• Input and organize training information into digital platforms.
• Review employee certification status and flag missing or overdue requirements.
• Coordinate safety program activities including scheduling and documentation.
• Attend weekly sessions introducing new hires to the company.
• Compile training metrics and update record systems for supervisors.

What they're looking for

• Currently enrolled in Industrial Technology, Occupational Safety, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or similar program.
• Detail-oriented with strong ability to organize and evaluate information.
• Genuine curiosity about manufacturing environments, employee development, or workplace safety.
• Comfortable using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; prior exposure to databases or training platforms is helpful.
