Manufacturing Engineering Intern - Ramsey, MN

What you'll do

• Drive improvements to manufacturing operations through assigned projects.
• Assist with day-to-day engineering and production activities.
• Partner with interns on a semester-long business analysis and present results to leadership.
• Apply Microsoft tools and modeling software to identify solutions and support recommendations.

What they're looking for

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or similar; graduating 2028 or 2029.
• Must live in the Ramsey, Minnesota area throughout the summer program.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher; strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CAD skills a plus.

Pay and perks

• $24.00–$27.00 hourly rate with overtime opportunities.
• Paid time off for holidays and illness per state and local requirements.
