Machine Learning Researcher Full-Time: New Grad

What you'll do

• Build deep learning models powering trading strategies on a GPU cluster with tens of thousands of high-end processors
• Train models for next-generation deep learning-based trading strategies and develop fundamental understanding for new markets
• Collaborate closely with researchers, engineers, and traders on model training, system architecture, and production strategy execution
• Mentor new colleagues, attend conferences, and teach ML techniques to teammates

What they're looking for

• Practical experience working on empirical machine learning problems
• Strong logical and mathematical thinking abilities
• Intellectual curiosity about state-of-the-art research across diverse ML domains
• Fluency with various models and techniques from LLMs, image models, RL, recommendation systems, or classical ML
• Hands-on Python coding skills and proficiency with ML frameworks for rapid implementation and iteration

Pay and perks

• Base salary of $300,000 plus annual discretionary bonus
