What you'll do

• Design and develop sales, technical, and leadership training materials in various formats.
• Assess, design, and develop training content; assist with delivery readiness of programs.
• Test and refine course content through pilot training and train-the-trainer programs.
• Support portfolio management including needs assessment, solution selection, and continuous improvement.

• First-level university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 years in a training development role.
• Basic facilitation, content design, and consulting skills.
