- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-premises systems
- Support user onboarding/offboarding, hardware provisioning, and help desk tickets
- Implement and test automation scripts in Python and Bash for IT tasks
- Configure dashboards, alerts, and logging pipelines using observability tools
- Document IT processes, runbooks, and system configurations
- Assist with security tasks including vulnerability scanning and patch management
- Shadow senior engineers during incident response and system upgrades
What they're looking for
- Pursuing bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting
- Interest in cloud computing, DevOps, or observability tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
