Covestro is looking for dynamic individuals ready to help shape the future by confronting new challenges, embracing new experiences, and taking on increasing responsibilities. As an Information Technology and Digitalization Intern within Covestro, incumbents will be involved in wide range of IT activities to support day to day operations and ongoing projects. This position will be based at our North American Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.
As part of the internship experience, incumbent would be working closely with some of the industry's brightest information scientists supporting best in class, diversified IT landscape across cloud technologies (AWS), global ERP systems (SAP), evolving cyber security systems and cutting edge digital as well as transformative Agile/DevOps methodologies.

AWS Migration support, including ongoing optimizations and development of cloud native solutions.
Project testing support/shadow during complex ERP (SAP) project life cycle as well as small enhancements and critical batch job monitoring.
Malware research and incident investigation
Analytic support and project/process documentations
Help exploring cutting edge digital solutions
WHO YOU ARE
Basic Qualifications
Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with a major and/or focus on Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology or Information Security
Completion of sophomore year prior to the start of the summer 2027 internship
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated PC skills and ability to work within Microsoft Office programs
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills including an ability to interact with and to establish strong working relationships with diverse individuals
Project coordination with the ability to be proactive & identify creative technical solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
