### What you'll do:

Students may be involved in one or many of the following:

- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI to provide actionable insights.

- Work with senior analysts to identify and recommend process improvements within various business units. Help document current processes and recommend optimizations based on findings.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Assist in creating documentation to capture business needs and requirements.

- Support the testing and validation of solutions. Help to identify and document issues, and work with the team to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

- Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports. Help organize and track project progress and deliverables.

- Support data integrity by performing data cleanup and maintenance tasks as needed. Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

- Perform ad hoc analysis on various projects as assigned by supervisors. Analyze data to answer specific business questions or provide insights on emerging trends.

### Basic Qualifications:

- Completed coursework in areas such as Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Statistics, Database Management, or Information Systems.

- Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
