What you'll do

• Review and organize incoming client tax documents for processing.
• Assist with tax information intake and prepare materials for routing.
• Track and maintain current status of all client documents.
• Scan, organize, and process tax documents according to procedures.
• Assemble client tax returns and support e-filing delivery steps.
• Help team meet government filing deadlines.

• Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites.

Pay and perks

• $23 - $27 per hour in Massachusetts.
