Internal Operations Intern - Winter 2027 - Carmel, CA

What you'll do

• Receive and file incoming client tax paperwork
• Handle initial tax data collection and prepare for distribution
• Maintain updated records of all client materials
• Digitize and categorize tax paperwork
• Compile client tax returns following company guidelines
• Help the team meet regulatory submission timelines
• Complete electronic filing and delivery procedures

What they're looking for

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with accounting or finance focus preferred
• Open to adopting unfamiliar software and systems
• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and Office applications
• Own transportation available and able to visit client locations

Pay and perks

• $23-$27 hourly in California
