Intern, Workforce Excellence

What you'll do

• Support industry committees and meetings through note-taking, resource compilation, and survey development.
• Create content and regular posts for Workforce Excellence Exchanges to boost member engagement.
• Research and help develop presentations, materials, and workshops for Women Lead and other programs.
• Identify and research potential speakers for ABA conferences and workforce events.
• Compile resources on workforce development and industry topics for ABA initiatives.

What they're looking for

• Rising junior or senior undergraduate student, graduating December 2027–May 2029.
• Strong research, writing, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and familiarity with Zoom or similar platforms.
• Interest in workforce development, leadership development, and inclusive management practices.
• Preferred fields: Culture, Communications, HR, Sociology, Political Science, Business.

Pay and perks

• $25/hour for undergraduates.
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, June 7–August 13, 2027.
