What you'll do

• Handle worker's compensation claims by communicating with internal and external customers
• Provide customer service using professional written and verbal communication
• Gather information and use critical thinking to reach conclusions
• Make ethical decisions based on analysis and management guidance
• Participate in weekly professional development and networking with other interns
