• Complete real-world marketing assignments within Marketing & Communications organization
• Develop leadership and functional skills in digital marketing, brand management, analytics, strategy, communications, and social media
• Participate in formal learning, experiential training, volunteerism, and networking with leaders

• Graduating May 2028 with Bachelor's degree and 3.0+ GPA
• Interest or coursework in marketing, communications, customer experience, data/analytics, or digital/social media
• Demonstrated high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative, and process improvement
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• Leadership experience outside the classroom
