Intern - Kite - Corporate Operational Excellence

What you'll do

• Map cell therapy value chain activities, decisions, handoffs, dependencies, and critical-path constraints.
• Analyze how internal capacity and external spending deploy across functions and lifecycle stages.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate maps and identify resource gaps and bottlenecks.
• Assess AI and automation applications for high-value activities considering business impact and feasibility.

What they're looking for

• Currently enrolled full-time undergraduate or graduate student with minimum 2.8 GPA.
• Must work authorization without sponsorship; able to commit 10–12 weeks May–August.
• Preferred: Engineering, Data Science, Business, Public Health, Finance, Operations, or Life Sciences background.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills; interest in cell therapy and process improvement.

Pay and perks

• $19.00–$55.00 hourly range based on education and location.
• Paid holidays, sick time, and housing stipends for eligible employees.
