The intern will support strategic and operational initiatives within the BMS Customer Engagement Center (CEC) that enhance how accurate, timely and high-quality medical information is delivered in response to customer needs. The intern will gain experience across process improvement, analytics, technology and cross-functional projects.
Program Dates: Monday, June 7, 2027 - Friday, August 13, 2027
Key Responsibilities
Works closely with the CEC team and participates in strategic discussions for key initiatives to align, understand interdependencies, and execute on next steps
Creates and monitors project plans and timelines, tracking key milestones
Supports business practices and the successful execution of key initiatives
Partners with CEC team members on Quality initiatives
Helps identify improvements that enhance the customer experience
Explores artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
Currently pursuing a PharmD or Nursing degree, with interest in science and/or pharmaceuticals. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited university program following the completion of the 2027 Summer Internship Program.
Class of 2028 and 2029 preferred
Students graduating before December 2027 are not eligible

Compensation Overview
$24-$37/hour
Pay for this internship/co‑op position is provided in accordance with local market practices and applicable laws. Pay may be offered as an hourly rate and/or monthly stipend, or other locally compliant structure. Pay is determined based on objective factors such as academic level, relevant experience, skills, and work location.
Interns and co‑op participants may be eligible for limited benefits depending on program structure, work location, and local requirements. Eligibility and offerings are governed by applicable policies and employment regulations.
