Instrumentation and Electrical Technician Intern (Tulsa or Oklahoma City, OK)

What you'll do

• Install, operate, and repair instrumentation devices including transmitters, detectors, and flow measurement tools.
• Test and maintain emergency shutdown and safety interlock systems on schedule.
• Support operation of control systems, data acquisition equipment, and programmable logic controllers.
• Perform routine upkeep and testing on compressors, engines, and related machinery.
• Service electrical distribution infrastructure, control panels, and voltage regulation equipment.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and operational data in required records.

What they're looking for

• High school diploma; applicant must be 18 or older.
• Enrollment in a technical or related degree program preferred.
• Demonstrated dedication to workplace and environmental safety practices.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with others.
• Comfort working outside in changing weather.
• Familiarity with basic instrumentation and electrical concepts is beneficial.
