Innovation Training Co-Op

What you'll do

• Develop training guides, presentations, videos, and job aids for Accolade software
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for various business processes
• Gather feedback from users on training effectiveness
• Work with process owners to keep training content accurate and current

What they're looking for

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to create PowerPoint and video content
• Detail-oriented with focus on processes and written communication
• Ability to learn complex business processes and explain them simply
• Comfortable interacting with employees across all organizational levels

Pay and perks

• $20-$30/hour based on candidate skills
