IAM Analyst Intern (Undergraduate - Summer 2027)

Position Purpose: Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IAM teams to identify and document KPIs, operational metrics, reporting requirements, metric definitions, and data sources

• Gather business requirements across Jira, ServiceNow, SailPoint IIQ, Power BI, and other relevant systems

• Assess data for completeness, consistency, and reporting suitability

• Interview SMEs, business stakeholders, and leadership partners for operational reporting and data-driven decision making

• Recommend, develop, validate, and document Power BI dashboards and Power Automate-supported reporting processes to visualize IAM trends, workload, performance, and risks

• Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore various career opportunities

• Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects

• Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry

• Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.

Pay Range

$18-26/hour
