Human Resources Intern (Year-Round)

What you'll do

• Answer employee questions and resolve HR-related issues.
• Support hiring, compensation programs, data analysis, and company events.
• Facilitate orientation for new employees.
• Keep HR system records current and correct.

What they're looking for

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in HR or similar field as Sophomore or higher.
• Minimum 2.75 GPA.
• Comfortable using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
• Capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a collaborative setting.
