Human Resources Intern - Tepeji Plant

What you'll do

• Support communication strategy for employee performance evaluations and coordinate leadership development meetings.
• Track business strategies and priorities on quarterly, semiannual, and annual cycles.
• Assist with HR projects including compensation transitions and talent development.
• Promote employee engagement programs and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

What they're looking for

• Current students in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication and event coordination skills.
• Basic HR, compensation, and talent development knowledge.

Pay and perks

• Gross salary ranges from 9,000 MXN to 18,000 MXN based on work schedule.
