Job Summary
With more than 50 years of consecutive growth, we've built a dynamic workplace where over 45,000 employees worldwide are empowered to grow and contribute to our entrepreneurial culture.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented individuals, like you, to join our team. Our people are genuine, creative, and proactive problem-solvers who move fast, move mountains, and succeed together.
A Medline internship provides real-world, hands-on experience where you can make a true impact. Interns take ownership of projects while gaining valuable insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of their roles. Beyond the work itself, the summer experience includes enriching opportunities such as social and networking events, leadership presentations, community service activities, and more. Through meaningful work and professional development experiences, you'll build a tangible skillset that helps set you apart from your peers.
Our internships span a variety of business areas and are open to rising seniors in undergraduate programs. Designed to support both personal and professional growth, the 10-week summer program runs from early June through mid-August in one of our four corporate offices in the Chicagoland area.
A Human Resources Intern at Medline will work closely with the HR team members and will be exposed to all areas of the business, including but not limited to HR business partnership, talent management, talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and development, and belonging.
