### Job purpose

The HR Intern supports the Talent/HR Manager by coordinating leadership development programs, assisting with training needs assessments, and managing LMS data. They help drive employee engagement through site-specific communications, onboarding support, and enterprise program promotion. This role also contributes to HR operations, immigration documentation, and reporting, offering hands-on experience across key HR functions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

### Key responsibilities

- Assist the Talent Manager with coordination for Corporate Leadership Development programs, ensuring timely communication and accurate tracking. Support the maintenance of program documentation including budgets, timing and, needs assessments.

- Conduct preliminary organizational and training needs assessments to support internal talent development strategies by promoting a culture of continuous learning by helping deliver personalized development experiences and growth opportunities.

- Contribute to the development and execution of communication strategies that align with business objectives and foster open, two-way communication across all levels.

- Support internal communication efforts by drafting site announcements, assisting with employee engagement events (e.g., Fireside Chats, Listening Sessions), and helping implement communication strategies that promote open dialogue across all levels.

- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee documentation, and support international assignment logistics and immigration compliance tracking. Provide general HR site support as needed.

- Help promote and coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives such as the BE Heard Survey and BW Moves, including communication, training, and reporting activities.
