Group Benefit Sales & Account Management Internship - Summer 2027

What you'll do

• Help sales teams identify prospects and manage existing client relationships throughout the summer.
• Participate in meetings with brokers and employers to understand how partnerships work.
• Contribute to activities like analyzing potential customers and developing account strategies.
• Create documents and visualizations that inform business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.

What they're looking for

• Enrolled as full-time student expecting to graduate between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Majoring in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance & Risk Management, Marketing, or similar discipline.
• Able to commit 40 hours weekly from May 24–August 13, 2027 in Louisville, KY.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; interested in employee benefits careers.

Pay and perks

• $37,440–$96,800 annually.
