Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.
Launch your commercial real estate career with JLL's 24-month rotational graduate program spanning three, eight-month rotations across Office Leasing, Industrial, and Tenant Representation. You'll receive direct mentorship from industry leaders and develop comprehensive expertise through hands-on experience and professional development.
What You Need
Undergraduate degree in property, business, finance or related field (completed or final year). You're genuinely curious about real estate and market dynamics, not just seeking any graduate position. You're organised, communicate clearly, and thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments where things move quickly.
You must have Australian permanent residency, citizenship, or full working rights.
Why JLL?
Get real mentorship from senior leaders who genuinely invest in your development - not just generic learning modules. You'll gain exposure to client deals from day one, not spend two years shadowing. Beyond the work, you'll build lasting friendships through networking events and social activities with other graduate cohorts - connections that become your professional network for years to come.
Here's what matters most: the majority of our graduates don't just complete our program rotations - they stay and build their careers at JLL. It's the launchpad for your long-term career in commercial real estate.
Application Process
Submit your application, CV, and complete the questionnaire online. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted in September for an initial conversation. You'll then progress to an assessment center and interview panel with our team.
