Role Summary
Support digital marketing, marketing automation, AI-enabled workflow initiatives, and performance reporting across Global Marketing & Communications (GMC).
Responsibilities
- Support the assigned business unit through research, analysis, and project coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing activities as part of projects assigned.
- Participate in team activities by attending team meetings, learning about project methodologies, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Identify and suggest implementation of specific changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency, and customer/client satisfaction.
- Develop an understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs.
- Fulfill tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback on assigned projects/initiatives.
Role-Specific Scope & Responsibilities
- Support digital marketing and paid media initiatives, including research, campaign analysis, and performance reporting.
- Assist with marketing automation activities and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and scale.
- Contribute to AI use-case exploration, experimentation, and adoption activities across GMC.
- Support MarTech and platform operations through documentation, analysis, testing, and process improvement.
- Analyze data and translate findings into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready summaries.
- Partner across GMC teams to support initiatives that improve digital marketing effectiveness and measurement.
Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related non-technical field.
- No prior experience required; previous internships or campus involvement is a plus.
- Preferred academic backgrounds for this role: Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly.
- Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with analytics or visualization tools is a plus.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to the assigned work.
