Learn the full lifecycle of your discipline, from early planning through execution and follow-through.
Take ownership of projects end-to-end. You'll be accountable for what you produce, and you'll feel the weight and pride of that responsibility.
Work directly with experienced teammates across functions including engineers, product managers, designers, analysts, and more. You'll have mentorship, but you'll also be expected to drive your own work forward.
Dig into unglamorous but essential work such as cleaning up processes, fixing what's broken, and improving systems.
Move fast and iterate. We favor shipping and learning over waiting for perfect.
Participate in reviews, planning sessions, and team discussions. Your voice matters here, even on day one.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
A bachelor's degree in any field graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
Strong fundamentals in your area of study, with evidence you can apply them to real problems.
Projects, coursework, internships, research, leadership roles, or extracurriculars that show you can build, execute, and follow through. We care about what you've done, not just what you studied.
A hunger to learn and an ego small enough to admit when you don't know something.
