### What Impact You'll Make:

As a member of the Controls Product Management team, you will be an active contributor to the business by:

- Experiencing challenging assignments, collaborating across functions such as Engineering, Commercial & Sales, and Supply Chain.

- Receiving training, mentorship, and coaching from Product and Program Managers, while learning the strategic planning rhythms associated with a world-class industrial technology business.

- Growing your expertise in product management, program management, controls technology, and business strategy.

- Gaining exposure to our controls manufacturing plant in Longmont, CO.

### What You Will Do:

- Work on an assignment / project with program and product management to stretch your learning and skillset.

- Identify, own, and develop a solution to directly address a critical business challenge through improved visual management.

- Help develop standard work and processes across different functions to drive efficiency across the business.

- Report on progress and status to senior leaders in Gas Power and the Controls business.

- Use your academic knowledge to complete assigned project(s), deliver positive outcomes, and contribute to the success of our team.

### Qualifications/Requirements:

- Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an discipline as listed below.

- Following majors accepted: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related technical field.

### Desired Qualifications:

- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding).
