We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented FP&A Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting while supporting key business decisions and gaining insight into the operations of a thriving organization.

### The FP&A Intern will be responsible for:

- Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly financial reports, forecasts, and budgets

- Support variance analysis by comparing actual results to budget and prior periods

- Help develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning

- Analyze financial and operational metrics to derive business improvement suggestions

- Prepare presentations and deliverables to communicate findings to management

- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and project work as assigned

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales and Operations) to complete projects and support business objectives

### Requirements/Qualifications:

- Must be currently enrolled at the time internship commences and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college with Finance, Accounting, and Business majors preferred

- Minimum GPA of 3.0

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

- Ability to work with large data sets

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
