Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department

### RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintains accounting records makes copies and files documents
- Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger
- Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer
- Verifies accuracy of financial reports
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned

### QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Gaming and/or hospitality experience a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required
- High School diploma or equivalent

### ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

- Frequent standing/walking/sitting for extended periods
- Work area is indoors and subject to variable temperatures
- May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise and bright lights
