What you'll do

• Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and statements for your assigned business unit or initiative.
• Work with teams across departments to enhance financial results and spot expansion possibilities.
• Deliver data-driven guidance to inform strategic choices and address potential challenges.
• Maintain adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and governance frameworks.

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or Taxation.
• Completed at least 2 accounting courses at the college level before graduating.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and proven ability to lead and deliver results.

Pay and perks

• Salary range: $85,000–$122,200 annually.
• Role transitions every 2–3 years to build experience across finance specialties.
• Eligible for 3–4 year postings abroad in Europe, Asia, Middle East/Africa, or Latin America.
