- Tracking and tracing of Intermodal dray shipments
- Collaboration with various Werner departments to resolve issues
- Assisting with Werner fleet and equipment needs
- System training including Werner’s EDGE TMS, Blume, Tableau, Railroad websites, and Skybitz

### Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving skills
- Team oriented
- Time management proficiency
- Currently attending an accredited college or university at a Junior level in attempts to receive a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Logistics/Transportation, Management, or Marketing.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
