What You Will Do
EHS Systems (IT/Communications), Data Analytics & Reporting
- Support EHS application testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing
- Maintain EHS Hub website, SharePoint content, and other digital communication resources
- Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, EHS metrics, and recurring reports
- Compile and analyze environmental, safety, audit, and compliance data
Safety Program Support
- Administer safety observation, near-miss, and incident data tracking programs
- Support safety committee activities, meeting documentation, and action item follow-up
- Maintain safety training records, training matrices, and related documentation
- Participate in facility inspections, safety observations, and EHS improvement projects
- Assist with safety metric development, data trending, and program implementation support
Environmental Compliance Support
- Organize and maintain environmental compliance records for air, water, hazardous waste, and stormwater programs
- Support emissions inventory data collection, regulatory reporting, and environmental inspections
- Track waste manifests, certificates of disposal, corrective actions, and other regulatory records
- Maintain/upgrade ISO 14001:2026 management system documents, registers & audit evidence
- Assist with document migrations, records organization, retention activities, and SharePoint administration
Requirements
Candidates pursuing a 4-year degree in engineering, environmental science, safety & occupational health, or data analytics.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
