The Business Data & Analytics (BDA) division is a shared service organization within our organization that brings together Enterprise Analytics, Enterprise Data Management, Enterprise Telematics, Predictive Analytics, and Business Transformation teams to drive data-informed decision making across the business. The division partners with business and technology stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights, improve data quality and governance, and advance analytics capabilities throughout the organization.
Position Overview
The Enterprise Analytics Intern will support the development and delivery of reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights that help business leaders make informed decisions. This role provides hands-on experience working with enterprise data, analytics tools, and cross-functional teams to transform data into meaningful business recommendations. The intern will gain exposure to reporting, customer analytics, predictive modeling, and enterprise data management while building foundational technical and business skills in a collaborative environment.

Core in-office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Support the Enterprise Analytics team in developing, delivering analytics solutions, including reporting, dashboards, measurement strategies, and digital analytics initiatives.
Help test and validate reporting solutions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and production readiness
Collaborate with analytics, technology, and business partners to understand data requirements and translate them into analytic solutions
Document processes and procedures necessary to support our products
Apply best practices related to data quality, documentation, and analytics standards
Build foundational business and data domain knowledge across enterprise functions
Independently complete assigned tasks while receiving guidance and mentorship from the analytics team
Perform other duties as assigned in support of enterprise analytics initiatives
Support digital and behavioral analytics initiatives in defining business objectives and measurement approaches
Job Requirements
Field of Study: Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
Available to work full time during Summer 2027, beginning May 18th
Preferred Experience
Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and metrics
Experience working with structured data sets or databases
Introductory SQL or querying experience
Familiarity with gathering requirements and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
Demonstrated skills in problem solving, attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
Strong communication skills and an interest in enterprise-level analytics and decision support
