What impact you'll make
As an Intern on the Power Conversion & Storage (PCS) Engineering team, you will support PCS New Product Introduction (NPI). This role serves as interface with GE Vernova branded AI solutions, current application engineers, design engineers, and leadership to develop tools to develop GE Vernova products in the solar and energy storage product lines.
What you'll do
- Manage the data flow and infrastructure for effective AI deployment for use with Power Conversion & Storage products
- Identify and develop data collection, document formatting and template generation to be used by an AI tool for faster engineering development
- Work closely with our AI Research Technology team to identify critical data needed to tune the AI tool
- Work closely with Engineers to develop agents and similar interface tools which meet NPI needs
- Test and program AI tools to validate their effectiveness
- Create and present training materials for the use of the AI tools created
What you'll bring
- Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar from an accredited college or university
- Enrolled in a full time matriculated and nationally accredited baccalaureate or graduate program

- Must be able to develop and maintain good customer relationships
- Must be willing to work in geographical area specified by the business

Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern's permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
