Job Summary
Posición de práctica orientada al aprendizaje y desarrollo profesional, con una jornada parcial de 4 a 6 horas diarias. Se valorará especialmente la curiosidad, la iniciativa y el interés por aprender y aplicar herramientas digitales a situaciones reales del negocio.
No se requiere experiencia laboral previa. Los conocimientos de Power BI, automatización, IA o programación pueden ser básicos o estar en proceso de aprendizaje.
Las actividades serán asignadas y acompañadas por el equipo de IE, de acuerdo con el nivel de formación y avance del practicante.
Responsabilidades
- Apoyar al equipo de Ingeniería Industrial en la recopilación, organización y validación de información operativa.
- Colaborar en la elaboración y actualización de reportes, indicadores y tableros de información.
- Apoyar análisis sencillos para identificar tendencias y oportunidades de mejora en procesos, servicio y productividad.
- Participar, bajo supervisión, en iniciativas relacionadas con Power BI, automatización, inteligencia artificial y otras herramientas digitales.
- Investigar nuevas herramientas y buenas prácticas que puedan aplicarse a necesidades reales de UPS.
- Apoyar la documentación y el seguimiento de proyectos y actividades del área.
- Participar en reuniones y actividades de aprendizaje para conocer las operaciones y procesos de UPS.
Cualificaciones
- Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Excel y herramientas de Microsoft 365.
- Interés por la analítica de datos, Power BI, automatización, inteligencia artificial y tecnología.
- Nociones académicas básicas de análisis de información y solución de problemas.
- Disposición para aprender nuevas herramientas, procesos y conceptos de Ingeniería Industrial.
- Se requiere aprendiz que sea estudiante Técnico/ Tecnólogo activo de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencia de Datos, Administración, Analítica de Negocios o carreras afines.
