Engineering Intern

What you'll do

• Design mechanisms and subassemblies from requirements through flight-ready hardware using CAD and analysis
• Write test plans, build fixtures, and validate hardware through qualification campaigns including parabolic flight
• Integrate your work across robotics systems, payloads, and vehicles with the founding team

What they're looking for

• Enrolled in bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or math; 3.5+ GPA
• 6+ months hands-on technical work outside classroom (research, projects, internships)
• Proficiency in CAD, prototyping, and order-of-magnitude estimations; experience with mechanisms preferred

Pay and perks

• $30/hour for sophomores; $35/hour for juniors and seniors
• Minimum 12 weeks on-site in San Francisco
