What you'll do

• Develop and maintain warehouse processes that boost logistics performance, staffing productivity, and product quality.
• Create training materials and instruct team members on new software tools for operational efficiency.
• Review performance metrics and recommend ways to streamline workflows.
• Partner across teams to address real manufacturing obstacles.

What they're looking for

• Enrolled in a bachelor's program in mechanical, industrial engineering, or similar discipline.
• Genuine interest in warehouse management, continuous improvement, and tech adoption.
• Demonstrated capability in troubleshooting and quantitative reasoning.
• Preferred: familiarity with SQL, Python, PowerBI, or spreadsheet mastery.

Pay and perks

• $20.42 to $35.70 per hour.
• $1,000 commute allowance in initial paycheck.
