What you'll do

• Support employee experience projects by reviewing programs and identifying improvement opportunities
• Conduct research, reporting, and analysis to identify trends and content gaps
• Develop presentations and content for internal communication and knowledge management
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the enterprise on initiatives

What they're looking for

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in HR, Business, Communications, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Passionate about people and collaborative teamwork
