### What Will You Do?

- Assist with design, prototyping, and testing of electronic circuits for new products and improvements to existing products
- Design fixtures for electrical and software development testing
- Conduct tests, and collect and analyze data of new or existing products
- Recognize and help with problem solving efforts in the Electronics Lab
- Recognize and help with problem solving efforts on plant test fixtures (hardware & software)
- Create methods for standard work procedures
- Work with design engineers to reduce costs and help improve quality of product

### What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

- Experience in test fixture design
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills to lead a team and pull information from others
- Problem solving skills
- Demonstrated computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Orcad
- Ability to take on multiple responsibilities/projects at once
- Prioritize based on due dates or importance of projects
- Pursuing a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in electronic circuit design or related field
- Experience with Orcad and 3D modeling software is a plus
