This is a hands-on, real-life, development effort using cutting edge technology though circuit card design and advanced FPGA-based design. This assignment is at our East Syracuse, NY location for Summer 2027 (May 2027 - August 2027) ### Responsibilities Include: - Selected candidate will assist engineering in the design, development and test of various electronic circuit card assemblies. This includes: - Design and implementation of basic circuits - Design, implementation, simulation and test of VHDL based Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) firmware - Bench testing of various circuit cards including first article hardware and legacy hardware - Assist in the generation of various artifacts/documentation including circuit board schematics and bills of material ### Compensation Range: $20.27-$22.30/hr In addition to a competitive hourly rate, Saab Inc. offers a sign-on bonus to off-set housing expenses for Co-Ops residing outside the typical office commuting distance.
