### What you'll do:

As a Design Verification Engineer, New Grad (AI-Driven), you will be responsible for running and sharpening the tools that check our RTL designs against physical implementation, catching issues early and helping the team move with confidence. Your primary duties and responsibilities include:

- Run daily RTL-to-physical-design verification checks using our design tool suite, flagging discrepancies before they become costly problems downstream.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to speed up error detection, root-cause analysis, and iteration cycles across design checks.
- Partner with senior RTL and physical design engineers to understand what correct looks like for each block, building judgment that goes beyond a checklist.
- Investigate unfamiliar problems by pulling together documentation, team knowledge, and AI tooling to find the fastest path to a working answer.
- Build lightweight scripts and automations that make the next design check faster and more reliable than the last one.
- Communicate clearly with the design and verification teams about what you found, why it matters, and what should happen next.
- Grow into broader RTL and verification responsibilities as you build hands-on fluency with our toolchain and design flow.

### What You Bring To The Table:

- Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related technical field, and a track record of picking up new tools or subjects quickly and running with them.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A track record of picking up new tools or subjects quickly and running with them, whether that came from coursework, personal projects, research, or somewhere else entirely. You like testing yourself on new kinds of problems, whether they turn out to be electrical, algorithmic, or software. We care much less about which specific tool or language you’ve already used and much more about how fast you can get up to speed on the next one.
