Design Validation Co-op

What you'll do

• Evaluate performance of new camera designs through temperature, image quality, and functionality testing.
• Reproduce failures, investigate issues, and create detailed test reports.
• Perform vibration and drop tests on camera designs.
• Test lenses and optical elements; collaborate with hardware and firmware teams on root cause analysis.

What they're looking for

• Mechatronics, electromechanical, electrical, or mechanical engineering student.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and failure investigation abilities.
• Basic networking knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: Python test automation experience, camera/photography background, proactive problem-solving approach.

Pay and perks

• Target base salary: 45,600 - 66,000 CAD.
