What you'll do

• Assess technical problems and suggest solutions that match customer and technology requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tool vendors to deliver results on schedule.
• Monitor project status, potential issues, and resolution milestones.
• Create technical guides, summaries, and materials explaining GF capabilities to customers.
