Dealer & Field Training Intern - Summer 2027 - Franklin, TN

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain training materials, eLearning content, presentations, and facilitator guides.
• Coordinate training projects, track milestones, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Analyze training metrics and learner feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support digital learning platforms through content testing and quality assurance.

What they're looking for

• Currently enrolled Junior or Senior in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to create clear, engaging content.
• Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• GPA 3.0 or above; able to work onsite in Franklin, TN.
