We are looking for curious, analytical students who want hands-on experience working with data while partnering with product, engineering, and business teams. You will gain exposure to how data products are validated, governed, and delivered within a large-scale organization.

This exciting six-month co-op opportunity begins in January for students from participating schools.

You'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working alongside talented engineers and contributing to impactful projects from day one.

### Qualifications

- Must be able to start in January and end in June/July. No exceptions.
- Must be able to work hybrid model (Monday and Friday option to work from home, Tuesday - Thursday onsite)
- Pursuing a degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience
- 0–3 years of developer experience
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills

### In this role, you will

- Support data discovery and profiling activities to better understand business processes and datasets.
- Assist in documenting business rules, data definitions, requirements, and success criteria.
- Analyze data and help identify quality issues, trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support data validation and testing efforts to ensure data products are accurate and reliable.
- Partner with Data Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to support delivery initiatives.
- Contribute to reporting, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.

### You will have an opportunity to gain the following
