Data Engineer Intern - PMO

What you'll do

• Build data pipelines that extract, clean, and organize information from internal systems and APIs
• Design relational data models to support reporting and trend analysis
• Explore AI and machine learning applications for automating text analysis and improving data quality
• Create scenario analysis models to evaluate staffing and resource impacts
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for leadership decision-making
• Write production-quality code with testing, documentation, and best practices

What they're looking for

• Proficiency in Python, particularly Pandas and NumPy for data analysis
• Understanding of relational databases, tables, keys, and normalization concepts
• Ability to write SQL queries to retrieve and combine data
• Currently enrolled in Master's or PhD program in Data Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related quantitative field
• Strong motivation to learn and ownership of projects

Pay and perks

• $35-40/hr based on skills, experience, education, and qualifications
